Dark Heresy and all related marks, logos, characters, and content are the property of Games Workshop Limited and/or their respective owners. This Service is an unofficial, fan-created tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop or any of its subsidiaries.
All original code and design elements created for this Service are proprietary but all services rendered herein are free for community use.
4. Use of Service
You may use this Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service in ways that send more requests than a human could reasonably produce

5. Data Storage
All character data and preferences are stored locally in your browser's storage. We do not store your character data on our servers. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve.
6. Patreon Support
While we accept voluntary support through Patreon, all features of this Service remain free and accessible to all users. Patreon support does not grant special access or features.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Calculations or data provided by the Service are accurate or complete
- Any errors will be corrected
- The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
